Profile of Randolph H. Wolf
The Law Firm of Randolph H. Wolf has been successfully representing defendants charged with criminal and motor vehicle offenses as well as driving while impaired/intoxicated offenses and individuals injured in accidents since 1987. He has represented clients in New Jersey for 22 years and appears in courts across the state, including, but not limited to, Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Mercer, Hudson, Morris, Essex, Passaic, Union, and Bergen Counties.
One of Mr.Wolf’s more memorable cases was the case of “Baby M”. In this particular case, Mr. Wolf represented a surrogate mother who, though she had entered into a surrogacy contract, fought to keep her child. Mr. Wolf worked with the lawyers Harold Cassidy and Robert Ruggieri on behalf of Mrs. Whiteside, the child’s biological mother. All three fought hard for the mother’s rights and in the end, she retained visitation rights though William Stern was given full custody. This case gained national attention as it became the first true surrogacy case and set the precedent for cases to follow.
The case of Baby M is only one of the cases Mr. Wolf has been involved in during his 22 years as an attorney. Before he entered into the practice, he graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Wolf then attended Rutgers Law School until graduating in 1983. After a one year clerkship, Mr. Wolf entered into private practice. Today, he has settled in New Jersey where he represents clients across the state in matters of civil trial work and criminal cases as well as motor vehicle offenses, drug offenses and personal injury actions.
Mr. Wolf’s impressive background has brought many clients through his doors. Though he deals in most areas, Mr. Wolf specializes in traffic infractions and motor vehicle offenses of all types and personal injury cases. Driving While Impaired or a DWI, as well as a DUI (Driving Under Influence) can be serious charges with consequences such as license revocation, heavy fines, and jail time. Mr. Wolf will admirably represent clients faced with these charges to receive a lighter sentence or even no sentence at all.
Throughout the years of his practice, Mr. Wolf has gained invaluable experience and professionalism, representing clients in Superior and Municipal Courts and handling adult and juvenile cases for serious offenses as well as those less serious. His dedicated efforts have helped many clients in a variety of situations.
